日系的PCE模拟器Ootake更新到v2.69，看来这货是不打算到v3.0了。主要就是支持了win8的运行环境，同时也还没忘记支持win98。据岛国那边测试称Ootake是仅次于MagicEngine完成度的PCE/PCE-CD模拟器。
Ootake v2.69 changelog:
– It corresponded to operation with “Windows 8”.
